Hawke
EExe /EExd cable glands are also used topside for electrical power and control
cable connections mainly in hazardous areas. They are used for various applications
including major offshore hookup systems, offshore mooring linkage, fire alarm
control, drilling drive units, motor supplies and all portable equipment.

Hawke cable glands are manufactured as standard in brass.
Alternative materials and plating are available upon request.

Hawke Multi cable Transit system
Our Transit system provides a simple and effective method of safely sealing
multiple cables and flowline/pipes penetrations made through fireproof or watertight
bulkheads in ships, offshore installations, commercial and civil buildings.
The system is designed to be fire, smoke, fume, water, vermin and gas tight
- rated up to four hours fire protection and with hydrostatic pressures up to
10 bar or 6 bar pneumatic.
The main advantage of our system is colour coded cable/pipe tolerant blocks
which provide a simple method of visually checking that the correct combination
of cable/pipe diameter and block size has been correctly selected both before-and
perhaps more importantly - after an installation has been completed.
